Great computer that came with the wrong charging cord.It would be nice to be able to call someone to see if I can get a proper replacement. I'm nervous to re-purchase in fear that this computer description of 4TB is in error, but I have nobody to talk to.Plugged in the unit and pressed the power button. The Lenovo Logo came on and stayed like that for several minutes, then it beeped real loud and went into some DOS looking screen. Spent over an hour trying to figure it out. Finally found a diagnostics page, ran diagnostics and everything said it was in good order. I Unplugged the charger, pressed the power button, waited, pressed the power button again, and finally it kicked on and brought me to the Windows log-in screen. Thought I was finally getting somewhere AND there is a "defaultuser0" set up and the system wants a password. Are you kidding me? A Password, who set this thing up and what is the PW? Is this someone's old computer you sold me? WHAT IS GOING ON? I have spent a few hours now trying to get into this thing so I can set it up and now this? Now that I have wasted most of my Sunday with this thing and I can not get it working for my work day tomorrow, I guess I will call the company and ask for some help on Monday AM. Will report back with the response I get. May have to return this and start all over, what a waste of time!Working beautifully with Windows 11. Machine is solid. Love it! Tons of space, tons RAM. A more than worthy replacement for my Asus gaming laptop.Plugged in the unit and pressed the power button. The Lenovo Logo came on and stayed like that for 30 minutes. Unplugged the charger, pressed the power button for 40 sec, waited for 10 sec and pressed power button again. Now the power button light is on; Numlock and a few other keys flicker a few times, and then just the power button stays on and no other activity is seen. The screen is totally dark. No chimes either. Did this a few times and am giving up. Sending the unit back. What a waste of time!the package arrived without the AC adapter, and had to buy oneSpilt coffee on my old device (also lenovo) and it died down, so I bought this as a replacement. The package arrived one day earlier than estimated. After checking out the device I could tell for sure it is not a renewed one. So far it works well!Everything about this laptop is amazing
