No problems after a month. Can't beat the price. I do recommended it if you want to surf the internet, check email or write a word document. Wouldn't recommend if you are doing hard core computing.this is a refurbished computer mine did not even load up properly I turned it on and I was greeted by a black screen and it stayed there for about 20 mins then the loading screen for the windows was extremely slow when I finally got able to sign into the comp I couldn’t deal with how slow it was so I called amazon I sent this back not what I was looking for I needed a reliable laptop computer for notes and NetflixYes, I'm one of those that generally never leaves a review, but after looking at all the great reviews of this laptop imagine my surprise at the horrible battery life, and it's so slow starting up that you have time to fix a meal. I purchased this to help manage our new business and this computer has been a horrible disappointment. I haven't even downloaded any programs on it yet, and I'm concerned it will be even worse if I do. I thought I would give HP a try after some bad luck with another brand and thought this would be better. I'll make this work until I feel I've gotten my money out of it, but don't think I would purchase this brand again.Honestly not worth it if you need to do anything other than open one tab or write a word doc. If you're in a pinch and have to have some kind of laptop for schoolwork, it'll work. But it's not good for much else.I've only had this laptop for a month and am fed up with how slow it is! I can't even imagine how slow it will be if I start moving files from my old computer & saving my current work! Don't buy it! It truly is junk just as the other reviews state. I guess I shouldn't have taken a chance on buying one without sufficient reviews. I assumed an HP would be a good brand. I notice that all the reviews are very recent so it looks as if I'm not the only one who was conned.At this price point I wasn't expecting a miracle machine but this is by far the worst computer I have owned. It is super slow and I have not even downloaded music, files or anything on it. I am so disappointed in the HP brandDON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I have had this computer for 5months. It runs hot and half of the speed of my 10yr old computer. Multi-tasking is painful, the speakers no longer work and cruises the internet at 1994 dial-up speeds. But hey, when it does work it does have a nice picture. Going to scrap this and use parts to upgrade the old where applicable. But seriously save your money and frustrations and get anything else!Has great screen quality, great for gaming and my son's beat making. He loved it and I am happy with the purchase.
