Unit I received was refurbished with noticeable wear on the front.Didn't work for me. It stopped working after 18 hours of run time. It was good price but I don't plan on buying another. Easy to set up.Bad after 5 months of use 3rd one, wish i could run Poe switches but zmodo protietry switch systemWorks greatwhen you buy an item that it says 1tbg memory i expect to get it completed not half of the product then saying that the hardware is sold separately. am very unhappy with this item because it no use like this and i requested my money back 2 days ago and still have no respondedI bought this system four years ago. I added the 1TB hard drive and its worked great ever since. We were unable to get it online or to allow cloud storage. I paid much less that today's price, nothing close for the money.This isn't something you are going to be able to use. You will need to do a lot of research and purchase several additional products to record with your Zmodo cameras.
