I bought 2 Lenovo T450s laptops from TekRefurbs. They were advertised as 512 Mb SSD drives. When they arrived, each computer only had 256 Mb SSD drives. A quick call to TelRefurbs and No Questions asked, replacement hard drives were sent out. To cover the cost of my IT guy having to remove the smaller drives and replace with new larger size drives, TekRefurbs sent out two 1 TB SSD drives. AMAZING SERVICE. Once my IT installed the SSD drives he noticed that 1 computer had an older wi-fi card. Once again, TekRefurbs made it right - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. This is one heck of a company and I can't praise them highly enough. In case you're wondering, I have no ties to the company and this is NOT a paid review - I'm just a plain Amazon Prime user who was treated by TekRefurbs as its most important customer. I will certainly do business with this company in the future when I need to get additional hardware. If you're looking to buy refurb equipment, in my opinion, there isn't a better company out there.
