I LOVE my new ASUS laptop. It works beautifully!!!! Computer Doctors transferred info from my old laptop to ASUS, and so far, everything is Great! I was surprised. The Computer Doctors called to let me know that a HUB was included with my ASUS. Not seeing a HUB listed as an inclusion, I ordered one. After my call, I followed instructions about how to return the extra one I bought. AMAZON did a great job with ordering, delivery, and return instructions. I will say that I followed the instructions stating to return my HUB to Whole Foods & it would be free - no cost to return. HOWEVER, I'm concerned about my return as the person working at Whole Foods seemed completely confused about how to handle my return to AMAZON. I didn't even get a "return receipt." I hope AMAZON receives my return. I nor Computer Doctors opened the separate package containing my HUB. Have a bad feeling others are experiencing the same problem with Whole Foods I had. BUT - AMAZON & ASUS are GREAT! I definitely will never hesitate to order anything from AMAZON again. AND, I'M VERY IMPRESSED WITH MY ASUS LAPTOP!!!!Good lap top at a good price. If you need backlighting on keyboard you will need to look elsewhere.This laptop was for a customer but I set it up and updated/tweaked it out and bench-tested it too.This laptop is not only aesthetically pleasing but also very fast.The screen is gorgeous the only issue is the silver keys on the keyboard are a little tough to see (Her words) the should be made to stand out a little more.One of the best laptops I've ever owned. So happy with this purchase!!!!Very happy with this laptop. It is very fast, good graphics, thin, light and good looking. What else?Just did my first editing project and it handled it great. Problem was is that by the time the video posted to YouTube it died. So if your willing to accommodate a weak battery go ahead.Absolutely love this laptop. Lots of storage and very fast.Whats that keyboard guys lol. Who on earth would put that color scheme in a keyboard… seriously. I dont really care much about that as i know how to type without looking but for ppl that cant do that are going to be annoyed
