I didn't initially have a use for this when I got it; I saw it was 128GB and U3, and I knew I was entering a period when I'd be doing some pi system upgrades, but didn't yet have a specific use case for it.Well, that moment arrived: with the release of the latest RaspiOS in early October 2023, I set about upgrading a pi4b that had long served me well. One of those with USB3 attached SSD and some amount of data stored on the drive I wanted to preserve (install new OS and copy data both onto SD card, then clone onto SSD), so I couldn't use any of the 32GB SD cards I had about. Also, being familiar with the reliable quality of your typical SANDISK or SAMSUNG, I had no idea how this would perform: no time like the present. This card most adequately handled the image flashing process, having the system configured, packages installed, and several gigabytes of media and other data copied onto it (I ended up using 90GB in total).Sustained copy that took around an hour.I then immediately turned around and cloned it back onto the SSD I just copied most of the data from, so another hour or so for that copy.No hiccups: this card held up under that significant and sustained I/O load, over time.
