I'll give it 2 because I finally got it to sort of work. This laptop is the slowest piece of garbage I've ever owned. When I got it, the Windows 11 program wasn't even loaded in correctly, so I had to re-download it. But it's still slow as can be. I'm pretty sure the seller pulled some kind of switch with the hardware. Either way, I'll never buy HP again.
