I love this machine. It was fast! But the touchscreen stopped working on the second day and HP support was unable to fix it. I had to return it. Still waiting for my money to be put back on my card. I chose to buy a Lenovo instead. This is very sad Because I am an HP fan.This is best HP I have ever owned. Buy the best and you can't go wrong.6/24/2022 I own only HP laptops and just had to replace one that the hard drive is starting to go bad. I’ve had this one now for several months and it works great it’s extremely fast and lots of storage.Well there's always a first. I purchased this new last November 2021. It was activated in December 2021 and crashed in June 2022, six months later! It won't even start. It's not the hard drives because we were able to connect them to another computer to download all files to an external hard drive. CANNOT believe of all of the HP computers I've purchased over many years, this tanked. Haven't tried to contact HP regarding the warranty, but will update when I do.7/14/22 Have tried contacting seller regarding warranty replacement and no response yet.Everything as described so far, I will update after 3 monthsI was looking for a new laptop to replace my old dying one. Very happy with this replacement.
