It's a really nice laptop, my girlfriend had the 2018 model and this one is more compact and looks better. Awesome screen. Been playing some games and it's been a really nice experience. Installing Linux dual boot for work wasn't that difficult and seems to work fine.But I guess I had some bad luck:- The "L" keycap pops out easily if you don't press it exactly in the middle, I don't know if the cap is broken or where it should attach it's broken, but yeah.- The trackpad sometimes gets stuck when pressed to click. Looked it up and seems to happen to some Dell laptops.I won't ask for a return/replacement because I'm not in the US and it would be very costly to do so. Luckily, those two issues aren't so important to me because I use the laptop with a external keyboard and mouse like 99% of the time, that's why I'm giving 3 stars, but might be a deal breaker for you.Great laptop so far! Works for the games I want to play/stream. Battery life isn’t very long, but I never play any games in a spot where I’m going to be mobile, so it doesn’t bother me to plug it in here and there.I like it so far. It's quick. For plastic it feels like a good build...quality. It's firm & heavy. I'm going to run World Of Tanks on the highest settings and see what happens.Good stuff so far. The folks added a 10th gen i5 and put 8gb or ram so that probably helps. Not sure if it needs 16...we shall see.Can play Overwatch as consistent 60+ FPS on ultra settings, can run FFXIV at 60 FPS on highest settings. Very good laptop, and it does come with all 32 GB of ram, the 1TB SSD and 2 TB HHD. Some weird audio issues, but not too big of a deal.FAST!!! Did I say it was FAST? It takes some time to get the old programs I likedloaded but that is supposed to be part of the fun. Did I say it was FAST? Dellquality again!I bought it to replace me 6yo laptop, and I am so glad I did. It runs great but you need to get a cooling pad as to no let it get too hot. It’s get hot. Like all gaming laptops battery life is garbageThis laptop has worked extremely well for all the things I bought it for photo editing as well as it runs COD: Warzone.Llegó con todas las especificaciones de la publicación. Funciona muy bien para juegos aunque se calienta mucho, la batería no dura tanto, pero es una máquina pensada para estar mas bien fija. Es pesada y funciona muy bien con el software mas nuevo del mercado. Excelente relación calidad-precio.
