First of all, Dell is a really solid product. It arrived in a perfectly protected box just a little bigger than the PC itself. It has everything I wanted except the fingerprint reader doesn't work. I can live without that! On a phone it's a must. But I don't go in and out of my laptop. I love this14" PC. And I don't have to worry about the screen falling out which happened with an HP or a whole host of problems with Lenovo. I really got tired of having to buy expensive laptops and thought I'd try refurbished & I am so glad I did. There is nothing "old" about it. It works perfectly and if it doesn't last long, I didn't pay a fortune for it either. But the best part is, I'm doing something for the environment. Very pleased with this purchase.
