Right box right price. This computer looks brand new and I just upgraded to Win 11 I doubt I will ever buy new again. I also purchased the 2 year warranty. The only minus is the C plug electrical cord-it comes out very, very, easily.It is now 11months later and problems have appeared, Backlite screen is inoperative, touchpad does weird things and is sticky. I have an extended contract but contacting Asurion about a laptop is ???I have had unit for 20 months...... screen went bonkers and now must be replaced.....not a happy user.
