I recently purchased this laptop, and overall, I'm satisfied with its performance. However, I've encountered an issue with the battery. After approximately 30 to 45 minutes of usage, the battery percentage suddenly drops to near zero, causing the laptop to shut down abruptly. This recurring battery problem is quite frustrating and significantly impacts the usability of the laptop. I hope the manufacturer addresses this battery issue promptly. Despite this drawback, the laptop's other features and performance are commendable for everyday use.
